The 29th of July is known as the "National Dance Day".

This day was named as the "national dance day" by Nigel Lythgoe who is the co-creator of "So You Think You Can Dance" and co-president of the "Dizzy Feet Foundation".

In July of 2010 the day officially recognized when American congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton introduced the day as a resolution to promote dance education and physical fitness.

Since then, the National Dance Day has been celebrated and encourages people to like dance and think that dance is just a fun and positive activity which only supports good health and fights obesity.

So there's no other way to celebrate this day but just dance! Dancing makes you feel free and happy! Here are below some videos to dedicate to the National Dance Day and will literally make you move and follow the dance steps. Enjoy and don't forget to...DANCE!
