The "duchess" cake

This cake is called "duchess". It's so easy to make and it's delicious!

So here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 unsalted butter package

  • 3 large boxes of "morning coffee" biscuits

  • 1/2 cup caster sugar

  • 4 small couvertures

  • 1 cup of milk

  • chocolate couverture

  • 2 dream topping (optionally)

Implementation:

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan and add sugar and milk.

  2. Break the biscuits into small pieces. Attention! Not crush them.

  3. Then mix all the ingredients together.

  4. Once you prepared the dough, place it in a metal mold, after you dress it with greaseproof paper and then place it in the freezer for 1 hour.

  5. Prepare the dream topping accordance with instructions and after removing the cake from the mold, cover it with the dream topping and decorate it with truffle pieces.

Don't forget to bring with you:

  • Your lap.

  • A metal mold.

  • Α big bowl to mix materials.

  • A clean towel.
